Fishing Outlook
Largemouth Bass
Average
The Largemouth Bass population is dominated by 12- 14 inch fish. These fish have average weights and are in good overall health. Small bass are the key to the large Bluegill. Note that this is a catch-and-release-only fishery in this lake.
Bluegill
Excellent
The Bluegill population contains good numbers of fish up to 9 inches. The Silt Basin has very clear water that can make for some very tough fishing in the summer time. Ice fishing has been the most popular way to target these large fish.
