Fishing Outlook
Largemouth Bass
Good
Bass from 14-17 inches in good condition were collected in the 2019 sample. The current fish population is out of balance with the bass predator density very low. A low oxygen event (winter kill or summer algal crash) has probably occurred in the recent past which eliminated most of the bass population.
Bluegill
Fair
The current Bluegill population ranges from 4-7 inches in good body condition
Redear Sunfish
Fair
The current redear population ranges from 6-8 inches in good body condition
Channel Catfish
Good
Channel Catfish between 16-17 inches were collected in the 2019 sample
